Craig Herndon Photography, 2002 to present, Proprietor, Photojournalism, Portraiture, and Corporate Photography.
picSmart, 2000 to 2002, Founding CEO of Start-up, led team in development of Internet exchange of photographic images. Raised $400,000 and recruited 400+ photographers internationally for beta release.
The Washington Post, 1988 to 2000, Photojournalist Daily coverage and long term projects. Political and local coverage of the Washington, D.C. area. Won numerous awards, in process of normal duties.

The Washington Post, 1985 to 1988, Photo Assignment Editor, managed large metropolitan daily staff of 30 photographers, editors, support staff. Implemented first computer network assignment system, shepherded cultural transformation.
